Each year, HSHS St. Anthony’s MemorialHospitalpresents a Values Award to the colleagues who most represent the hospital’s four Core Values of Respect, Care, Competence and Joy. Four winners are named each for representing one of the hospital’s four Core Values
The winners selected for the 2015 Values Awards for most representing the corresponding Core Value in their work at St. Anthony’s were:
- Diann Louderback from Home Care/Hospice won the RESPECT Values Award for taking a hospital patient home who was being discharged and entering the Hospice Program, but his family was unable to pick him up.
- Jeanne Sutter from Emergency Services won the CARE Values Award for her quick actions in October 2014 at the scene of an accident at the formerShumwayGrade School.
- Rachel Hall from Imaging won the COMPETENCE Values Award for identifying a Pulmonary Embolism on a patient’s routine CT scan of the chest.
- Nicole Locke from Convenient Care Diagnostic Center won the JOY Values Award for helping a young patient of the clinic who is battling leukemia to have a happy third birthday.
The winners each received a gift card from the hospital for being named a Values Award winner. St. Anthony’s MemorialHospitalcongratulates these colleagues and thanks them for demonstrating these Core Values in their work, demonstrating that “we are St. Anthony’s and we make a difference.”
