The stopgap budget approved by lawmakers at the end of last month included money to greenlight a tourism marketing campaign for the summer. While the summer season is well underway, state tourism director Cory Jobe says the public will see a robust campaign this fall as well as next spring and summer. He spoke in Springfield as he introduced the “Illinois Made” campaign that touts the state’s homegrown products.
