According to WTHI Online, Saturday Evening around 10:30 pm in Clay County Indiana on I-70 shots were fired at white vehicle with four male passangers inside. Only one was injured inside the White Chevy Impala on the eastbound lanes between Exit 23 on I-70. The Clay County Sheriff’s Dispatch recieved the 911 call for victim, 23 year old Dahante Willoughby of Indianapolis who was sitting in the rear passengers seat on the drivers side when shots were fired at the vehicle. He sustained a graze wound to the lower part of his right leg, but did sustain a gunshot wound to the lower part of his left leg. The investigation so far has led to the incident from a verbal argument that happened earlier that evening at a residential party. Upon leaving the party they were followed by an unknown vehicle, and when approached fired three times upon the car. The other three passangers sustained no injuries and Willoughby was taken to Terre Haute Regional Hospital for treatment.
