Terre Haute Police arrested five people after an altercation at a motorcycle club.
The Terre Haute Police Department tells WTHI-TV five were arrested and are facing charges in connection with a shooting at the Diablos Motorcycle Club at 27th and 8th Avenue.
It happened Thursday around 6 p.m. Officers found the victim, Kennith Pitts with an apparent gunshot wound to the neck.
Witnesses told police Pitts had an altercation at the club, then left. They say he returned, driving erratically, doing burn-outs and almost hitting members of the club, when shots were fired.
Police arrested include Vernon Cheesman (52), Brian Gosnell (45), Jeremy Yates (40), Corrie Robinson (32), and Jack Schultz II (57).
Police say Schultz is the club owner and is taking responsibility for the shooting.
At last check, Pitts was in critical condition at an Indianapolis hospital.
