Ready-To-Eat Chicken Recall Announced By Feds
(Washington, DC) — The United States Department of Agriculture has announced an Alabama chicken producer is recalling more than 43-thousand pounds of ready-to-eat chicken breast products. The USDA says the chicken may be undercooked, possibly leading to bacteria. The chicken items were produced on March 29th and April 7th of 2017. The products include Chef’s Line All Natural Fire Grilled Chicken Breast, product code 22586, and Fully Cooked Flame Grilled Breast Fillets, product code 22500. The recall was launched after WFSP Foods received multiple complaints the chicken products were undercooked.
