STATE FARM CENTER IS NOW HIRING EVENT STAFF FOR THE 2017-2018 SEASON
Champaign, Ill. – State Farm Center is hiring event staff for the upcoming season. Event staff members are responsible for a wide variety of roles to enhance the guest experience, including greeting guests, scanning tickets, directing guests to seating areas and facility amenities, serving as ushers inside of the arena, and staffing the Illinois Premium Seating club spaces and seating areas within State Farm Center. Team members are expected to set a tone of exceptional customer service for all guests and staff. State Farm Center employees must be at least 18 year of age and cannot be enrolled in High School and cannot be full-time employees of the University of Illinois. Starting pay rate for this position is $8.25 per hour.

Walk-in interviews will be held for State Farm Center Event Staff on August 28-30 from 3:30-8:00 p.m. each day at State Farm Center. No appointments are necessary. Simply show up during the open interview time periods! Casual dress is acceptable.

Location: State Farm Center (Located at the corner of Kirby and Fourth in Champaign)
Applicants may enter through the Lower East Entrance. Parking is available in the Northeast Lot, accessible off of Kirby Avenue and Fourth Street. Please note that this is the side of the building facing Fourth Street, and NOT the West Grand Entrance to the building.

State Farm Center (formerly Assembly Hall) is a multipurpose venue on the campus of the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois.
