Flu Peaking In Southern Illinois
(Marion, IL) — Flu cases across most of the state are leveling off, but in southern Illinois, the flu seems to be as strong as ever. The latest report from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the second week of the year shows a spike in flu cases in southern Illinois. The IDPH yesterday said flu season across most of the rest of the state is coming down from its peak at the end of December.
