Chris Miller Sweeps to Vicotry in Republican Primary Election
Chris Miller was elected the Republican nominee for state representative in Illinois House District 110.
Miller defeated his Republican challenger Terry Davis in Tuesday’s primary election. Miller took 65 percent of the vote to Davis’ 35 percent. He swept Crawford, Clark, Cumberland, Lawrence and Edgar counties, earning roughly 70 percent of the vote in each county.
“I’m extremely proud of the campaign we ran, and I am honored and humbled that the people of the 110th District have elected me as their candidate for state representative,” Miller said. “I traveled thousands of miles, met people all across the district, and shared my conservative message in hopes of turning Illinois into a place where we can all be proud to call home.”
Miller will face a liberal Democrat in the upcoming November general election.
