* Until 445 PM CDT
* At 149 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Amounts of around 1.5 inches have occurred around Charleston northwest between 1245 pm and 145 pm. Thunderstorms continue to move southeast across the same areas, and will be spreading across eastern Cumberland County through mid afternoon.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include… Charleston, Mattoon, Casey, Greenup, Humboldt, Lerna, Janesville, Hazel Dell, Hutton, Fairgrange, Fox Ridge State Park, Union Center, Bushton and Coles County Airport.

Interstate 57 between mile markers 189 and 201.
Interstate 70 between mile markers 115 and 126.
