(Los Angeles, CA) — “Incredibles 2” is giving Pixar is biggest-ever opening weekend in its celebrated history. The new animated film made 180-million-dollars in its first week in North America’s theaters. The sequel also became the largest debut ever for a PG-rated movie and marked the third-biggest debut of 2018 in the U.S. and Canada. “Incredibles 2” is currently on track to earn nearly 232-million-dollars in worldwide ticket sales. Coming in second is last week’s top movie “Ocean’s 8.” Rounding out this week’s Top Five are “Tag,” “Solo: A Star Wars Story” and “Deadpool One.”
