Frank Charles Miller, age 70 of Ste. Marie, Illinois, passed away at 5:00 PM – Thursday, January 7, 2016, in rural Ste. Marie Township, Jasper County, Illinois.
Funeral services celebrating the life of Frank will be held at 11:00 AM –Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Ste. Marie, Illinois with Fr. Robert Spriggs and Aaron Miller officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery in Ste. Marie, Illinois. Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at the church. Frank was born on January 18, 1945 in Wynoose, Illinois the son of Charles Emery “Ich” and Katherine (Thomann) Miller. He married Barbara Dion Rennier on June 19, 1991 and she preceded him in death on September 6, 2013.
Frank retired from Verizon after 40 years of service. He was a member of the Shiloh Christian Church in rural Willow Hill, Illinois, NRA, Modern Woodmen of America and attended St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Ste. Marie, Illinois. He was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed riding his side by side ATV, hunting, fishing and target shooting. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.

Siblings- Joseph (Jean) Miller of Noble, Illinois and Margaret Cathey of Tennessee Mother-in-Law Mary Dion of Chesapeake, Virginia, Brother-in-Law – Delbert “Red” Nettleton of Noble, Illinois, Sister-in-Law – Karen Miller of Noble, Illinois.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, wife, sister Judy Nettleton; and a brother Jim Miller.
