Three people were injured in a single-vehicle crash Friday in Clay County. According to the Illinois State Police, a vehicle driven by 28-year-old William Krantz, of Louisville, was westbound just east of Route 45, near Louisville, when he drove into the ditch and culvert and overturned, ejecting all three occupants. Krantz was taken to Clay County Hospital, while passengers, 26-year-old Jorie Fulk, of Olney, and 26-year-old Dylan Willis, of Louisville, were airlifted to Carle. Krantz was charged with DUI, improper lane usage, failure to wear a seatbelt, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Fulk and Willis have pending charges.
