Authorities say more than 20 of the 46 counties in South Carolina are under a flood theat. In Conway, authorities say residents could see damage in homes that have not flooded before. They are concerned flood levels could surpass levels from Hurricane Matthew in 2016, by well over four feet. The South Carolina Emergency Management Division reported yesterday that a number of rivers –including the Waccamaw, Lynches, Little Pee Dee and Big Pee Dee are forecast to crest east of I-95 this weekend and early next week.
