Lake Land College is offering a Painting with Oils or Acrylics class at the Kluthe Center in Effingham. The eight-session class will be on Wednesdays, from February 12th through April 1st, meeting from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Beginner and experienced artists are all welcome to attend.
