The National Weather Service has issued two Hazardous Weather Outlooks for our Illinois listening area.
The first outlook is for Champaign-Christian-Clark-Coles-Cumberland-De Witt-Douglas-Edgar-Logan-Macon-McLean-Morgan-Moultrie-Piatt-Sangamon-Scott-Shelby and Vermilion counties.
.DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT… Snow will overspread the area this evening and tonight. Light accumulations are possible.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY… Additional light snow accumulations are possible Thursday through
Friday night.
The second outlook is for: Clay-Crawford-Effingham-Jasper-Lawrence and Richland Counties:
.DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT… Minor river flooding is occurring on the Embarras, Little Wabash, and Wabash Rivers.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY… Minor flooding will continue along portions of the Embarras, Wabash, and Little Wabash Rivers into the weekend. Light snow accumulations are possible Thursday through Friday night.
