Third Man Arrested In Choate Mental Health Misconduct Investigation
(Jonesboro, IL) — A third former Choate Mental Health employee is facing charges in connection with a misconduct case. Jonathan Lingle was arrested Monday and is being held in custody, accused of one count each of official misconduct and obstruction of justice. Sheri Fish and Cody Barger are also facing official misconduct and obstruction of justice charges. All three are charged in connection with failing to report incidents of abuse at the Choate Mental Health facility.
