National Weather Service Storm spotter training courses will be coming to the area in March. Classes are free and open to the public, and last for two to two-and-a-half hours. You may attend a class in any location, regardless of where you live. The first class will be held on March 9th at 6:00 p.m. in Paris, at a location to be determined. More classes are scheduled for Charleston, Effingham, and Robinson. For additional information, visit noaa.gov.
