Judge Finds Dixon High School Shooting Suspect Unfit
(Dixon, IL) — The young man accused of bringing a gun to Dixon High School back in 2018 has once again been found unfit for trial. A judge yesterday ordered that Matthew Milby be sent to a state mental hospital until he can be sent to trial. Police say Milby brought a gun to school in May of 2018, and pulled the trigger before a school resource officer stopped him. Milby was declared unfit for trial last March as well.
