Former Firefighter Facing Seven Years In Prison On Felony Theft Charges
(Paris, IL) — A former Vermilion firefighter is facing felony theft charges. Dale Colter is accused of using a department fuel card for personal use various times over the past two years. He’s alleged to have charged upwards of ten-thousand dollars over that time. Colter is facing up to seven years in prison if convicted.
