Paris Plant Plans Expansion
(Paris, IL) — People living in Paris, Illinois could soon have new employment opportunities. Grain Systems is planning an expansion that would add 50 jobs. GSI manufactures steel storage bins, and the expansion would create welding and labor-intensive jobs. The city is applying for a community development block grant to pay for the nearly million-dollar project. The city will hear about the grant in March.
