Mets Pitcher Matt Harvey Blames Migraine For Missing Saturday Game
(Queens, NY) — Mets Pitcher Matt Harvey is reportedly blaming a migraine for missing Saturday’s game against the Marlins. Mets brass responded to Harvey’s no-show by suspending him without pay for three games. Team rules required Harvey to be at Citi Field, even though he wasn’t scheduled to pitch. Harvey has filed a grievance against the Mets. Adam Wilk, a minor leaguer, pitched instead of Harvey, and was shut out by the Marlins 7-0.
