Mattoon City Council Meeting 3/1

At their meeting last night, the Mattoon City Council voted to approve a special use permit for Mattoon Area PADS to construct a new homeless shelter. This will allow for the construction of a new 4,000-square-foot homeless shelter at 1812 Western Avenue in a C3 service commercial zoning district.
