According to a press release from the MPD, Shawn A. White, age 25 of Mattoon, was arrested on March 5th at 3:25 p.m. at Old State Village. He was charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The charge alleges that White failed to provide notification of a change of address as required by State statute. White was taken to the Coles County jail.
