We have spoken to the Effingham County Clerk’s office, they have a court order for polls to stay open until 8:30pm tonight. So if you were turned away from a precinct, you should return before 8:30pm tonight.
We also talked to the Cumberland County Clerk’s office, as we have had calls. According to their county clerk’s office, polls closed at 7pm
