According to a press release from the Mattoon Police Department, Andrew Z. Sheets, age 21 of Mattoon, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. in the 1500 block of Shelby Avenue. He was charged with Possession of Cannabis. Sheets was given a notice to appear in court.
