Mattoon Spring Fest will be held on Saturday, March 19th from 8:00am to noon at the Douglas-Hart Nature Center. The festival includes fresh pancakes, sausage, maple syrup demonstrations from tree tapping to the old fashioned boil down, spring games, and crafts like kite decorating and tie dye.
