Effingham Road Repairs

The intersection of First Street and Jefferson Avenue in Effingham is closed today (Wednesday, March 16) for sewer work.  It will remain closed for the rest of the week.  Also, crews are resuming construction on North Raney Street today, so there will be no through-traffic there until construction is complete.
