Saturday March 19th, enjoy the start to spring with Mattoon Spring Fest at The Douglas-Hart Nature Center in Mattoon!
The activities start bright and early at 8 AM with fresh pancakes, sausage, and good old fashioned maple syrup demonstrations, from the early stages of tree tapping to the final product by boiling down the ingredients. There will also be spring games and arts & crafts such as kite decorating and tie dye!
