Two Mattoon men were arrested in separate incidents Wednesday. According to the Mattoon Police Department, 25 year old Sebastian Henry was charged with criminal damage to property. The charge alleges that he broke the windshield of a woman’s car during a domestic dispute. Later that evening, officers responded to the 1600 block of Frostwood Lane and arrested 45 year old Kevin Cooley. He reportedly cursed at a young lady at a public business and caused a breach of peace. He was charged with disorderly conduct.
