The Mattoon Fire Department will hold a memorial dedication to honor the 50th anniversary of the accident that took the life of Robert Demars and injured several other firefighters. The dedication will be held on March 29th at 2:00 at 15th and Broadway. A monument commemorating the day will be dedicated.
