Newly-unsealed court documents are shedding light on how a federal judge wants former Illinois Congressman Aaron Schock to cooperate with prosecutors investigating him. Schock, who resigned almost a year ago after questions about his spending habits with taxpayer and campaign dollars, was ordered in February by a Springfield judge to provide all but three records requested, according to the unsealed information. Schock’s legal team has maintained that he’s complied with previous requests but held on to documents that are off-limits based on legal protection. According to the unsealed order, one of those documents referenced fundraising efforts, and another talked about travel records.
