Effingham County 4-H Superintendent, Dana Grupe will host a 4-H Horse Clinic Saturday, June 11 from 9:30am to 2pm at the Altamont Fairgrounds on Route 40 in Altamont.
Kids 5 to 18 are welcome to join the clinic that will cover showmanship, horsemanship, trail, rules, attire. There will also be special guest speakers, to be announced.
Participants must wear approved riding helmet when mounted, boots and jeans. Bring chairs and current coggins. Easy Riders 4-H club will host a concession stand.
