Illinois Shares In Sham Charity Settlement

Illinois is one of several states taking part in a settlement that’ll end two sham charities that focused on cancer patients.  Illinois’ attorney general says the Cancer Fund of America and Cancer Support Services, and its owners, will pay 76-million-dollars and cease operations.  The Federal Trade Commission labeled the charities “shams.”
