Governor Rauner is proposing a series of “pro-growth reforms.” He made the announcement during a visit to East Peoria. Rauner told the Chamber of Commerce that all reform is geared to the budget since growth is the key to a balanced financial plan. Critical issues concern fixing workers’ compensation, and making the state more business friendly.
