Illinois looking to increase minimum age for tobacco purchases

Illinois lawmakers are pushing forward a plan to raise the purchasing age for tobacco.  A bill approved by a Senate committee yesterday would take the legal age from 18 to 21.  The measure would also include the purchase of electronic cigarettes.
