The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Watch which is in effect from late Friday night through Saturday morning, for our entire Illinois listening area. Temperature will be in the mid 20s. Impacts include new growth of vegetation which will be damaged.
A Freeze Watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible. These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
