Illinois EPA Resumes Mailing Out Emission Test Notices

The Illinois EPA has resumed mailing out emission test notices for vehicles.  The service was suspended in February because of the budget impasse.  Officials say the company in charge of printing and mailing the notices has agreed to assume the responsibility at no additional cost to the state.
