Seed Libraries Force Legislation

A new plan in Springfield could make sure you have more options for tomatoes in your backyard. State Senator Sam McCann is pushing a plan to allow seed libraries in the state to continue. Seed libraries are exactly as they sound, a place where people can trade and borrow seeds, some states have been closing their seed libraries after complaints of genetic worries.
