Lincoln Celebration in Effingham

The 2nd Annual Celebration of Lincoln and His Times, “The Election of 1860,” will be presented at the Effingham County Courthouse Museum Thursday (4/14).  Doors will open at 6:00pm to all for you to see the many items on display.  The presentation starts at 7:00.  There is no charge to attend.
