Mattoon City Council Meeting

At tonight’s meeting of the Mattoon City Council, council members will consider an agreement for the Greyhound bus stop to move to the Amtrak train depot. Under the terms of the temporary interim agreement, Greyhound would agree to compensate the city $100 dollars per month. This payment would help with maintenance and cleaning of the depot. The council also is set to vote on a 2016-17 city budget at tonight’s meeting.
