According to 24/7 News Source, a missing Taylorville teen is coming home after she was found safe in Pennsylvania. Rachel Barrish had not been seen since February. Authorities say the 17-year-old was discovered yesterday morning during a traffic stop. The person driving the vehicle was a former Taylorville resident who was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
