Meteorologist J.C. Fultz will be at the Mattoon Walgreens today (4/21) from 3:30-6:30pm programming weather radios for free. If you don’t have a radio, they will be on sale for a discounted price, and J.C. will program those as well. Again, that’s today (4/21) from 3:30-6:30 at Walgreens in Mattoon.
