Two state parks are closing because of the budget crisis. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources says Ramsey Lake and Horseshoe Lake will be shut down indefinitely. Both parks are losing their electrical service while Horseshow is also losing its trash service. It is not known when either site will be reopened.
