The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued Flash Flood Warning for West Central Coles County and Southeastern Moultrie County until 7:00 PM CDT.
At 4:06 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding across the warned area. It’s already been reported that it is occurring 5 miles south of Allenville, where a foot of flowing water is impacting the intersection of 500 North and 1500 East.
Locations Impacted Include: Allenville, Cooks Mill, and Coles
