U of I Non-Tenure Faculty Reach Agreement with the School

A tentative agreement is being announced between the University of Illinois and the school’s non-tenure faculty.  All strike activity is suspended after a unanimous union vote.  A five-year contract agreement was signed on Saturday night.  A ratification vote is scheduled for this Thursday, and classes are expected to resume normal scheduling on Monday.
