Urbana Works To Decriminalize Marijuana

The City of Urbana is close to decriminalizing marijuana.  City officials gave preliminary approval this week to reduce the fine for possession of cannabis paraphernalia from three-hundred-dollars to 25-dollars.  The penalty for possessing the drug was already reduced from three-hundred-dollars to 50-dollars.
