Thomas R. McGuire was arrested on May 16th at 2:38 p.m. in the 3200 block of Marshall Ave. He was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Cannabis, and Possession of Drug Equipment. Those charges allege that McGuire possessed said drugs and equipment used to ingest them into the body. McGuire was taken to the Coles County jail.
