The Charleston School Board are expected to vote on a new Superintendent on Wednesday. The newly elected Superintendent will start the position in 2017. Current Superintendent Jim Littleford will retire at the end of the current school year and plans to recommend someone for the position. Littleford has held the position of Superintendent for Charleston High School since 2007. The meeting for the board is scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
