It’s good news/bad news again for the employment picture in Illinois. The state added jobs in April, but the unemployment rate crept up again. The jobless rate inched up a tenth-of-a-point to six-point-six -percent in April, even as the state saw a net increase of 54-hundred jobs. More than half of those jobs were temporary or with employment agencies.
