Hydrant Flushing in Terre Haute

Fire hydrant flushing will begin in West Terre Haute June 6th.  According to officials from West Terre Haute Water Works, work will begin on the south end that day.  They’ll move to the north end on June 7th, followed by Toad Hop, Larimer Hill and Ferguson Hill the following day.  Old Paris Road hydrants will be flushed on June 9th, along with Liggett and Lower Sanford Road.  June 10th, it’ll be Thorpe Place and Sarah Myers Drive.  Flushing will be done between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
